SIMPLY CINDERELLA (Performance Camp)

This one-week camp will give students the chance to stage a full production of the short play "Simply Cinderella". Students will audition for the play and everyone will receive a part. They will also spend time working on musical theater numbers that will be incorporated into the play. Don't miss this great opportunity for your child to become a star! Performances will be July 15th and 16th at 12 noon. “Simply Cinderella” is a bare-bones, cut-to-the-chase re-telling of the classic fairy tale that is fast-paced and flat out funny. This upbeat, slap-happy fractured fairy tale will delight performers and audiences alike.

July 11th-15th - 9:00-4:00 - Cost: $150 - Age: Rising 1st-8th Graders

Registration deadline: July 8th (minimum of 10 campers)

For years, Dr. Seuss has captivated the minds of children and adults. With the help of Dr. Seuss books, this camp will include creative theatre activities and introduce the young performers to theatre games, strengthen their imaginations, and create fully developed characters from his famous stories. “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.”-Dr. Seuss. A small showcase performance will take place Friday at 12 noon!

July 18th-22nd - 9:00-12:30 - Cost: $100 - Ages: Rising 1st-5th Graders
